Oh Se-hoon has no preparations for sudden heavy snow and no will to clear it

Politician Oh Se-hoon is a hotbed of corruption, and even based on the charges already revealed, he's someone who wouldn't be strange at all if he were arrested immediately as a criminal. He's also incompetent and irresponsible as the Mayor of Seoul and an administrator. It seems like he doesn't even implement basic manuals for heavy rain or snow. There's still not a word about the heavy snow, and citizens are suffering immensely. Today, everyone in my house has already given up on going to work. I miss Mayor Park Won-soon...
