[SpoTV News = Reporter Jang Jin-ri] Min Hee-jin, former CEO of ADOR, has begun full preparations to produce an idol group.
According to SpoTV News's coverage on the 3rd, OK Records, founded by former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, will hold a private audition at a famous dance studio on the 7th.
Min Hee-jin established her new entertainment agency, OK Records, in October last year, completed its corporate registration, and secured a building near Sinsa-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
OK Records registered its business objectives as artist management agency, music production, album production, music and album distribution, performance and event planning/production, and brand management agency, with Min Hee-jin listed as an internal director.
Additionally, Min Hee-jin recently formalized the establishment of the company by issuing a press release under the name of OK Records at the third hearing of the lawsuit for confirmation of termination of the shareholder agreement with HYBE and the lawsuit against HYBE for claiming put options.
Amidst this, OK Records is attracting attention by recruiting trainees through official auditions. This is virtually a declaration that she will form a team with new trainees instead of NewJeans. The application criteria are for those born between 2006 and 2011, regardless of nationality or gender, suggesting plans for both girl groups and boy groups.
The dance studio where Min Hee-jin is holding auditions is considered one of the top 3 famous dance studios in Korea, and it's a place where crews participated in Mnet's 'Street Dance Girls Fighter 2'. It's also where Kirsten, the leader of Jam Republic, who confirmed the members, stated, 'This is where I had my first class in Korea.' Kyoka, the leader of Osaka Jojo Gang, the winning team of 'World of Street Woman Fighter,' also conducted special classes, and Black.Q, who worked as NewJeans' performance director, has also given lessons there, drawing attention.
Min Hee-jin recently appeared in court herself to plead her case. She tearfully stated, 'It was hell, but I endured because of NewJeans,' and 'I did nothing wrong and managed transparently and cleanly. That's why I did everything I could until the end. There's no reason for me to be dismissed,' claiming that HYBE illegally audited her to dismiss her.
NewJeans has declared their return to ADOR. Haerin and Hyein, after extensive discussions with ADOR, officially announced their return. Subsequently, Danielle, Minji, and Hanni unilaterally decided to return and had individual meetings with ADOR, but their return has not yet been publicly disclosed.

"People are joking that Min Hee-jin's saying goodbye to NewJeans and starting fresh with a new group is like a meme come true, and some are hinting she'll copy her old style. Others are roasting the anti-fans and questioning her choices."
