My team's new manager, lol, messaged me at 6 AM yesterday. Are they insane?

This manager has only been here for like a month? Honestly, I gotta admit they're super passionate, but they're telling senior folks who have been here for months to 'chill and learn first,' lol. They're really trying to push things in their own direction.

Also, my company is all about leaving on time, but they're always working overtime, every single day.

So this morning, I got a messenger notification at 6 AM (it shows up on your phone too). I was like, 'What the heck?' and it turned out to be the new manager, LOL. Guess they showed up at 6 AM.

I didn't really read the whole thing, but it looked like they were just assigning work. Are you serious right now, LOL. They can't even get it done at 6 AM anyway, so they should just assign it when they get to the office. I just hate that kind of attitude from the get-go.
