Week 12 Pregnant, 7th day of my life - Can I miscarry easily?

So there's this senior colleague at work... I was super busy working, and they quietly came up behind me. When I turned around, we bumped into each other... I let out a huge 'AHHHH!' and everyone looked. But this person doesn't usually come to my department/area, so I totally didn't see it coming. It wasn't like they hit my belly with their elbow or anything, it was just my torso bumping into them as I turned... I can't miscarry from something like that, right? My boss is a workplace bully... I can't afford to get caught slipping on anything.
