Ben White enjoyed his first Premier League start since the opening day of the season in the 2-0 win over Brentford, keeping a clean sheet, providing an assist, and being named Man of the Match. Starting at right-back, he had a lively outing, including a great cross for Gabriel's header in the first half. Bukayo Saka sealed the win in the 90th minute as we extended our unbeaten run to 18 games across all competitions. Speaking after the victory at Emirates Stadium, Ben said he was happy to be back playing in the stadium. He added, “It was good. Obviously the most important thing today is the three points. Last week was a big week, and we needed to carry that into the next one so today’s win was really important.”

White partnered Noni Madueke on the right, and the pair caused problems for the Brentford defence from the off, leading to the opening goal. White has been impressed with Noni’s contributions to the team since his arrival from Chelsea. "He's come into the team, but it's no different to when I play with Bukayo," he said. "So it's good that we can go out there and play together and win." After battling to keep a clean sheet, the fans chanted Ben’s name as he left the pitch, which made him very happy. He said: “It was amazing. Every game we win is really important to us, and we'll just take it game by game. I’ve missed it a lot. I’ve had a few problems with my knee so I haven’t been playing for a while. So it’s really good to finish the game like that today.”
