Jungkook's discharge date is June 11th this year, and you can see a puppy tattoo on his arm that's identical to Winter's. Jungkook's in his final stretch of service, so he gets a lot of leave. Winter's tattoo started showing up around late April to early May this year. Jungkook said he didn't have a girlfriend before enlisting, so it seems like they started dating recently and went to get tattoos together.
