Even when they hire folks with good academic backgrounds... About 10% are... 'Wow, they really are different because they went to a good school... so brilliant.' About 70% are... 'Even though they went to a good school, they're pretty much the same as people from mid-tier universities...' 'They just do what they're told. They barely even try to do what they're told. Their goal seems to be just collecting a salary quietly.' And among those who supposedly went to prestigious universities, 20% are... 'Wait, how did this person even get into that school?!' 'It's unbelievable. They can't do the work even when they're told to. Lack of sense, lack of ability. They openly don't try to work. Their university name is ridiculously mismatched with their incompetence and irresponsibility.' This is just some gossip I heard at a drinking session... It's a rough estimate based on that company and those conditions, just my impression.
"The post breaks down the performance of 'prestigious university' grads at S company into 10% geniuses, 70% average joes, and 20% total fails. Sounds about right lol"
