They say marriage turns guys into filial sons, and damn, it's true. My hubby used to be totally checked out from his family—they saw each other maybe twice a year. I’m super close with mine; me, my parents, and my two siblings always hang out and get along great. Maybe seeing how well my side of the family handles contact and hangouts, he suddenly cares about his own house and wants to buy stuff and visit.
