These days the US military tends to learn MMA, but this is what the old-school manuals were like.

Eye gouging.

Kneeing the nuts while holding a knife.

Jaw strikes and suchโapparently, this is the most efficient way for beginners to hit the chin.

Jaw strike + knee to the nuts combo.

Stomping a downed opponent with combat boots. Since this is specific to boots, a soccer kick is probably better if you're just wearing regular shoes.

Grabbing the junk during a clinch, along with Judo-style takedowns and standing joint locks.
Since this is ancient stuff from the World Wars, it lacks elbows and the variety of modern MMA. It also includes knife techniques.

They claim you can quietly neutralize an opponent doing this shit. It was published in Korea under the title 'Real Combat Fighting.' I checked it out myself, nothing special.
"Users are digging the 'dirty' tactics of old military manuals, agreeing that nut shots and eye gouges are the ultimate meta for survival, while noting that palm strikes were actually the OG foundation of fighting before boxing took over."
