Former managers of entertainer Park Na-rae have claimed they were victims of workplace harassment due to 'specific acts' she performed while they were in the car together.
According to a report by Channel A on the 2nd, the former managers filed a petition with the Gangnam Branch of the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office on the 18th of last month. In it, they claimed, “While we were driving in the front seats, Park Na-rae performed OO acts with a man in the back seat.” They further argued, “Due to the nature of a car, it was impossible to avoid the situation or leave, yet Park Na-rae used her position as an employer to force us to visually and auditorily witness an unwanted situation.”
The petition also included claims that “Park Na-rae repeatedly kicked the driver’s seat while performing these acts,” and that this created a risk of a traffic accident.
When contacted for a statement regarding these allegations, Park Na-rae’s side remained silent.
Meanwhile, former managers A and B applied for a real estate provisional attachment against Park Na-rae on the 3rd and announced a lawsuit for damages. The two claim that Park committed various illegal acts, including special injury, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, proxy prescriptions, and delayed payment of personal expenses.
Starting with this attachment application, Park Na-rae and her former managers are now in a legal battle.
After the conflict became public, Park Na-rae stated, “We confirmed that the former manager established a private corporation and diverted funds under the guise of agency fees,” and filed a complaint against A and B for attempted extortion.
In response, A and B also filed criminal charges against Park for special injury, defamation by stating false facts, and violation of the Information and Communications Network Act. They also reported her for embezzlement under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes, claiming she used company funds for private purposes.
Park Na-rae has also filed a counter-complaint against A and B for occupational embezzlement.

"The community is collectively gagging over the 'backseat' details, with many sympathizing with the managers while others wonder why she didn't just pay them off to keep her 'messy' business private."
