Wando-gun is hiring experienced workers right now, and there's no residency requirement lol. They have to open it up nationwide because otherwise, nobody would even apply. Even so, the passing score is usually only in the 60s.
All the blue areas are part of Wando-gun. Even if you pass, you're not working on the main island; you could end up on Cheongsando, Damodo, Singildo, or Saengildo. Imagine being posted to the Saengildo health center...
Youโd have to work here.... Saengildo's population is only about 600. You could slack off and have a cushy life every day, but you have to live on that island forever. Choice: I'd live there if they gave me the job vs. I could never live there even if they gave it to me.
