Apparently, they're suing for defamation because people in the 'Black and White Chef' gallery were spreading BS rumors that Chef Anh Sung-jae is Chinese and that Mosu is funded by the CCP. Rumor has it that most people on real-name communities who spread the 'Anh Sung-jae is Chinese' theory have already been identified, and lawsuits are already in progress.
