Seoul produces a massive 3,018 tons of trash every single day.

Seoul's incinerators are ridiculously insufficient....

Public opinion in Seoul is against building new incinerators, with people demanding the trash be sent to the provinces.... So how does our neighbor Japan, specifically the capital Tokyo, handle this problem?

It's f*cking simple. They build an incinerator in every district and burn the trash right where it's produced. ㄷㄷㄷㄷ Such an easy solution!!!

The data makes it even clearer. Seoul, with 10 million people, has only 4 incinerators... while Tokyo has 22. LOL. Did they build them on the outskirts?

Nope, incinerator chimneys stand tall right in the middle of the city. The civic consciousness of advanced Japanese people is truly amazing. And what about Koreans???
