A Japanese passenger who illegally filmed a flight attendant on a flight to Hong Kong has been sentenced to prison.
The incident occurred in November last year on a flight departing from Japan and transiting through Hong Kong. Sitting in a window seat, 'A' committed the crime while pretending to take photos of the scenery outside.
However, a male passenger sitting behind 'A' grew suspicious that the phone camera was constantly pointed toward the flight attendant. After keeping an eye on him, he reported the situation to the crew.
"Users are disgusted by the creep's 'beauty' excuse and are mocking his logic, while some are busy dragging hypocritical activists or debating the legality of just 'staring.'"
