Apparently, managers and above who take the early retirement will get 24 months' salary as severance pay (on top of the legal severance) plus 10–20 million KRW depending on rank, for re-employment support.
If they choose to start a business (창업), they get 12 months' salary as special severance (on top of legal severance) *plus* the opportunity to run an E-Mart 24 franchise.
