Tesla adds and improves vehicle features through regular OTA updates. Especially every year-end, they drop a huge update called the 'Holiday (Christmas) Update'. This Holiday Update included the feature integrating xAI's Grok with navigation, and the synergy with FSD is getting a super hot reaction. (Currently, Grok for Tesla is only deployed in the US.)
Below is a video of changing routes in real-time using Grok while FSD is driving.
Right now Grok is only linked to navigation, and originally it was just an AI that could chat. They say they plan to gradually link it to the car's overall functions going forward.
