Even if it's not a big corporation, a mid-sized company still has some standards for education, right? I thought that was obvious.
But then, applicants who got rejected started calling and texting me, pissed off about why they didn't get the job.
I think it's because they're overestimating their own worth compared to their life experience, you know?
A lot of the gap year youth also answered that their job expectations weren't a match, so I think it's similar.
