Title correction*
I know if you ask why I keep posting boring stuff I won't have an answer, but I can't just pretend to be an *expert* on things I'm not interested in, so I'll keep posting this kind of stuff. I'm just happy if even a few people found it interesting.
Today I'm gonna write about white tomatoes, which I don't think are grown in Korea. I remember seeing one post ages ago about white tomatoes growing here, but it seemed like they were just dismissed as a mutation.
The title might be slightly exaggerated, but there are quite a few reviews saying it has hints of melon and tropical fruit.
As you can see, there's a range, from super white tomatoes to yellowish varieties. Just be careful, though—tomatoes that look pristine white, like they were painted, are fake or photoshopped. White tomatoes themselves are a real existing variety.
FYI, there's a chef who actually made sauce out of these white tomatoes. They said that because the white tomato itself has low acidity, it was surprisingly easy to work with.
