
My bill usually hovers around 25k KRW, but the December bill came out to 250k KRW.
I called customer service and they said I have to call a leakage company to check, and ONLY IF a leak is confirmed will they consider a reduction???
I asked what happens if it's not a leak, and they basically hit me with the "Mol?ru" [IDK shrug meme]. Do I just count this as bad luck and pay the 250k KRW???
FYI, I ran leakage tests several times and everything checks out as normal.
This whole situation is so ridiculous it belongs in the humor tab.
