Looking at the size, laser removal would be tough, probably a huge surgery. But since it was done when they were a baby, the recovery is super fast, so hopefully, they won't have any scars.
This is a relatively recent update from November, maybe? There are still some scars, but they seem to be growing up healthy and strong (mu-reok mu-reok).
