The Korean National Police Agency warned against 'fake news' (false and manipulated information) circulating online claiming to be traffic regulations changing starting next year.
They say a lot of those pics circulating on communities recently are fake. Police Pishul. I seriously wonder what the goal is and why they bother making whole infographics for this kind of stuff.
