Seriously, more than half the country probably has athlete's foot, but it's super rare for people to actually know they have it. A lot of people think, “My toenails look fine, no big deal? I couldn't possibly have it.” Nope... You really might have early toenail fungus even if there are no visible external symptoms. The biggest issue with fungus is how insanely contagious it is. Since they are all the same type of fungal mold, it doesn't just spread as athlete's foot—it spreads as vaginitis and folliculitis, too..... So, absolutely NEVER wash these three things together: socks, women's panties, and towels. If you wash them together, you are guaranteed to get vaginitis, and towels will give you folliculitis... You MUST, MUST, MUST wash them separately....... Never wash socks and towels together. Never wash women's panties with them either. Also, if you scrub your feet constantly but they still smell, seriously, PLEASE suspect athlete's foot. If you don't know you have it and you just walk around the house or share towels, it spreads through everything, and you need to know and treat it quickly so you don't cause harm to others ㅠㅠㅠ If you: 1. Sometimes feel a sharp prick in your foot while sitting still, 2. Your feet smell even though you wash them well, 3. Your toenails have gotten thicker, 4. Your toenail color isn't pale pink but has changed color, please suspect it immediately. If you suspect it, try spraying toenail regeneration liquid. If it foams up a lot when you spray it? That means the liquid is reacting with the fungus.

It foams up like this (Not my foot, I stole this pic), so you can assume you have toenail fungus. Sometimes your toenails look weird but it's not fungus, and in that case... it might be a sign that something seriously bad is wrong with your body ㅠㅠ. At first, I didn't care what my dad's feet looked like, but after I went to a pedi shop and found out I had fungus, I noticed how seriously deformed my dad's feet were. I wondered if I got it from him, and when I asked, he said it happened after severe frostbite in the military. I thought, "It can't just be frostbite," so I tried the regeneration spray on him first, but surprisingly??? There wasn't much fungal reaction. But no matter how I looked at them, they weren't normal feet. I thought something was wrong, so I took the opportunity to get him a health check-up quickly, and it turned out to be bladder cancer.... Thankfully, we caught it early and removed it fast. Anyway, I kept wondering why my vaginitis wouldn't go away—it turned out my younger sibling and I both had athlete's foot. My sibling was almost moderate/severe stage, so they went straight to the hospital and seriously, the money spent was HUGE;;;

If your symptoms are way more noticeable than what's listed above, you're at the moderate to severe stage, so you HAVE to go to the hospital ㅠㅠ Don't just think you can buy Fullcare and smear it on. If you go to the hospital, they prescribe Jublia and antifungals, so take those. Oh, heads up: you can only use your private insurance (실비) for one bottle of Jublia when you buy it, so don't buy two at once, just get one insured at a time... Otherwise, you end up paying full price for the second one when you could have gotten coverage. Since Jublia is expensive, use the toenail regeneration liquid intermittently to disinfect while applying it, which speeds up recovery. If you have the luxury of letting your toenails air dry for six hours, buy Fullcare and apply that too, and let it dry... Also, always use foot shampoo when washing your feet. Use unscented ones—not those "Wash Your Feet Grapefruit Scent" type products, but something optimized for killing germs, like CESCO Foot Shampoo. And always, ALWAYS dry your feet completely with a hairdryer.
"When fungal contamination spreads from feet to faces to bladders, suddenly separate laundry doesn't seem so extra. Also, Fullcare is a huge commitment."
