Seoul City started the design for remodeling the Seoul Forest Hangang Bus temporary dock earlier this month and is currently wrapping it up.
The Seoul Future Hangang HQ says they'll utilize existing funds, so no extra budget needed.
They plan to finish construction by May 1st next year, just in time for the Seoul International Garden Expo.
The Seoul Forest dock (tentative name) being remodeled was previously a temporary spot for the Araho cruise ship.
Location: Between the north side of Seongsu Bridge and the Seongsu Sky Bridge.
A city official commented: 'We’ll use the existing route until next spring to stack up operational experience and figure out the best operational plan.'
But what about the Seoul Forest dock becoming a regular route after the Garden Expo?
The official just said they 'are reviewing various measures.'
From the Seoul Forest dock, it's less than a 10-minute walk to Seoul Forest via the Seongsu Sky Bridge and the Future Hangang HQ rooftop.
It's a 15-minute walk to the Seoul Forest Pedestrian Observatory Bridge—a famous sunset/night view spot and another entry point to Seoul Forest.

Gotta be around here, right? (The bridge on the left is Seongsu Bridge).
TL;DR
A Hangang Bus dock is confirmed near Seoul Forest.
It'll run temporarily for next year's Seoul Forest International Garden Expo.
Might become a regular route after the event.
"Netizens are absolutely roasting this continuous expansion, calling it a desperate attempt to justify the disastrous project (and skim money), culminating in a highly specific and cynical explanation of the Sunk Cost Fallacy."
