Born in '56, he's 70 (Korean age) this year, but his hands are crazy fast when he cooks.
The oldest person on Black/White Chef, White Spoon is a Chinese chef named Hoo Deok-juk.
He was born way back in '49, making him 76 (Korean age).
Chinese cooking itself is pretty physically demanding because of all the wok tossing (wok-jil), so I wonder how he manages to cook.
