"U absolutely can't catch me"... HS student who posted 13 bomb threats gets locked up : Nate News

A high school student who posted over a dozen threats claiming he would bomb his own school has been indicted and remains in custody.
The Incheon District Prosecutor's Office indicted A (the high schooler) on the 16th on charges of public intimidation and obstruction of official duties through deception. A is accused of posting seven times to the safety reporting center between October 13 and 21, claiming he had installed or planned to install explosives at Daingo High School in Incheon. He kept posting threats, bragging things like, "U absolutely can't catch me. I rerouted the VPN 5 times so u can't do jack sh*t lol." Due to the posts, Daingo HS had to send home 500 students multiple times, and the police/fire department ramped up searches and patrols.
The investigation revealed A also posted threats in September and October about bombs at middle/high schools and train stations in Gwangju, Gyeonggi and Asan, Chungnam. Prosecutors, who took over the case from the police, identified 13 total threats posted by A. According to the prosecution, A committed the crimes just to get school cancelled and for sh*ts and giggles, even using stolen identities to post the threats.
"This dude thought he was Mr. Robot with his 'VPN 5 times rerouted' strat. Now everyone in the comments is scrambling to figure out the *real* way to not get tracked."
