TL;DR in 3 lines
1. Prosecutor indicted the guy based solely on the woman’s claim that she was assaulted.
2. CCTV showed they were only talking. Furthermore, the husband (who filed the initial report) didn't even bring up the sexual assault when he was beefing with the guy.
3. He had to go all the way to court just to get acquitted.
