He gets tons of people in the neighborhood/community/SNS asking if he's doing it for fun. Itโs not the first Wrangler taxiโone was registered back in 2015, making this the second. Currently, this is the only Wrangler taxi operating nationwide. Since itโs the 4xe, the mileage is better than a standard Wrangler, but he admits itโs still worse than a normal taxi. He just drives it because he loves the car. A lot of people talk smack about the ride quality, but the new Wrangler is way better than the old one. It's not like the old 'wagon' or 'vibe premium only' days. I'm not sure if people who say that have actually ridden in one or if they're just echoing what they hear. Personally, I think the regenerative braking nausea in electric taxis is way more hardcore. The owner is quite famous in the Wrangler community, too.
