It feels weird/eerie how people I was close with at work all quit in super messed up ways.

1. My junior colleague (1 year experience) He usually seemed really gentle, but sometimes if something didn't click, he'd suddenly snap. That eventually blew up, and one day he cursed out the boss, using every swear word under the sun, and quit. Because of his temper, he didn't get along with others and got talked about constantly behind his back, but he only told me he was grateful for my help and said goodbye before leaving.
2. A colleague who transferred from another department He was a decent, average guy and we often went out for lunch together. Then suddenly, his complexion started getting worse and worse. He quit suddenly without saying anything, but a few days after he left, the client accounts he managed simultaneously hit us with about 4 or 5 huge claims/issues. The boss was practically dead for two months trying to deal with the fallout.
3. A coworker who started at the same time as me and who I kept in touch with even after they transferred departments Yesterday, I suddenly got an internal message saying they were retiring. Then today, an internal memo dropped saying they were forcibly fired and facing criminal charges for forging private and public documents. Plus, there are rumors they caused losses equivalent to 40 million won due to negligence.
F**k. Am I weird for being friends with people like this...?
