(Ms. A) She stressed that the diet pills must be taken more than twice a day. This prescription (?) isn't based on a doctor's exact diagnosis. It's just Jusa Imo's personal EXP points. And the comparison standard is 'Haetnim.' The 'Haetnim' Jusa Imo is talking about is mukbang YouTuber 'Ipjjalbeun Haetnim' (Kim Mi-kyung). Haetnim is also suspected of illegally receiving drugs and IV drips.
'Ipjjalbeun Haetnim' told Dispatch, "I did receive anti-bloating meds from the hospital Ms. A worked at," but denied, "Diet pills and IV drips have nothing to do with me." However, the KakaoTalks between Jusa Imo and Park Narae's manager tell the exact opposite story. Jusa Imo cited Haetnim's usage as an example while handing over the diet pills to Park Narae's side. "Haetnim eats (takes them) 3 times lol. On bad days, even 4 times. Haetnim sometimes even dreams she goes back to 99kg ㅠㅠ Maintaining the 60kg range while eating like that is effort." (Ms. A) Jusa Imo reportedly emphasized the drug's effectiveness repeatedly to Park Narae's manager, claiming, "The secret to Haetnim's diet is my medicine," and "Haetnim lost 30kg taking my medicine."
'Ipjjalbeun Haetnim' also acted as Jusa Imo's delivery guy. Jusa Imo would leave the drugs with Haetnim, and then Haetnim's manager would pass them to Park Narae's manager. This part is also confirmed via KakaoTalk. Jusa Imo said, "I'll tell Haetnim to pass (the drugs) on Friday during the Nolto shoot," handing over psychotropic medication to Haetnim.
Park Narae, Key, and Ipjjalbeun Haetnim. These three are cast members of tvN's 'Amazing Saturday' (Nolto). The 'Nolto' members either went to Jusa Imo's house or called her to theirs. Park Narae and Key admitted to illegal IV treatment. Ipjjalbeun Haetnim, conversely, told Dispatch that the claims were groundless, repeatedly sticking to the story, "I only received anti-bloating meds." However, Jusa Imo's KakaoTalk mentions, "Haetnim reserved (Jjim-Kong) Thursday." This was her response when Park Narae's side asked about IV availability, replying, "Haetnim is scheduled to come on Thursday." Park Narae's manager explained to Dispatch, "I met Jusa Imo's husband in Sangam-dong, where Haetnim lives," adding, "Haetnim was getting an IV, so (Auntie's) husband came out to hand over the drugs instead."
Next up: IV drips and machines. This combo set was reportedly frequently used by Park Narae, too. While getting the IV, the two used high-frequency machines to sweat it out. This borders on illegal medical practice. Dispatch found additional illegal medical acts during their investigation of Jusa Imo. She uses a high-frequency stimulator called the 'OO-Shape.' It's advertised as helping with fat breakdown and cellulite improvement. The OO-Shape is a medical device, not a cosmetic tool. According to Medical Law Article 33, medical devices must only be used by licensed medical professionals inside medical facilities (hospitals, clinics). Jusa Imo is not a medical professional, and the Ilsan officetel is not a hospital. A representative from the manufacturer of the medical device warned Dispatch, "Individuals cannot purchase this. Furthermore, using it at home is absolutely impossible," highlighting the danger. That makes sense, as the OO-Shape uses high frequency and low-output lasers. It can cause severe skin burns or tissue damage. Expert supervision is mandatory. Dispatch obtained on-site photos of Jusa Imo using this machine at her Ilsan home. It is confirmed that Park Narae and others used it for body shape management. Haetnim is also suspected of actively using this machine. There are people who heard Jusa Imo say, "Haetnim uses it at a higher intensity than Park Narae." The police must thoroughly investigate the illegal prescription and distribution of pharmaceuticals (Violation of Medical Law) and the route of purchase and removal of medical devices (Violation of Medical Device Law).
