'Syringe Auntie' A repeatedly told Park Na-rae's manager: "Sunnie takes it 3 times, lol. When she eats seriously hard, she takes it 4 times." (A) She stressed that the diet pill must be taken more than twice a day. This prescription (?) is not a doctor's accurate diagnosis. It's just the Syringe Auntie's 'exp points'. And the comparison subject is 'Sunnie'. The 'Sunnie' the Syringe Auntie is talking about is mukbang YouTuber 'Haetnim, The Small Eater' (real name Kim Mi-kyung). Haetnim is also suspected of receiving illegal drugs and IV drips.

'Haetnim, The Small Eater' told 'Dispatch', "I did receive swelling medication at the hospital where A worked," but denied, "The diet pills and IV drips have nothing to do with me." However, the KakaoTalks between Syringe Auntie and Park Na-rae's manager tell the opposite story. Syringe Auntie handed over the diet pills to Park Na-rae's side, using Haetnim's intake as an example. "Sunnie takes it 3 times, lol. When she eats seriously hard, she takes it 4 times. Sunnie even dreams sometimes that she goes back to 99kg ㅠㅠ. Maintaining 60-something kg while eating like that is serious effort." (A)

Syringe Auntie reportedly stressed the efficacy of the drug multiple times to Park Na-rae's manager, claiming, "Sunnie's diet secret is my medicine," and "Sunnie lost 30kg taking my medicine." 'Haetnim, The Small Eater' also played the role of a drug courier. Syringe Auntie would leave the meds with Haetnim, and Haetnim's manager would then pass them to Park Na-rae's manager. This part is also confirmed via KakaoTalk. Syringe Auntie said, "I'll tell Sunnie to hand them over on Friday during *NolTo* filming," entrusting psychotropic drugs to Haetnim.

Park Na-rae, Key, and Haetnim. These three are cast members of tvN's 'Amazing Saturday' (*NolTo*). The *NolTo* members either went to Syringe Auntie's home or called her to theirs. Park Na-rae and Key admitted to the illegal IV treatments. Haetnim, however, told 'Dispatch' it was groundless, only repeating the claim that she "only received swelling meds." But Syringe Auntie's KakaoTalk shows the line, "Sunnie's Thursday *Jjim-kong* [booked]." This was in response to Park Na-rae's side asking about available IV dates: "Sunnie is scheduled to come on Thursday." Park Na-rae's manager explained to 'Dispatch,' "I met Syringe Auntie's husband in Sangam-dong, where Sunnie lives," adding, "Sunnie was getting an IV, so the husband came out to deliver the medicine instead." Next up: the IV and the machine. This set was apparently favored by Park Na-rae too. The two would get IVs while using a high-frequency machine to sweat it out. This borders on illegal medical practice.

'Dispatch' found additional illegal medical practices while investigating Syringe Auntie. She uses a high-frequency stimulator called 'OO Shape'. It's advertised to help break down fat and improve cellulite. The OO Shape is a medical device, not a cosmetic one. According to Medical Law Article 33, medical devices must only be used by certified medical professionals within a medical institution (hospital/clinic). Syringe Auntie is not a medical professional, and her Ilsan officetel is not a hospital. A representative from the medical device manufacturer warned 'Dispatch,' "Individuals cannot purchase this. Furthermore, using it at home is absolutely out of the question," emphasizing the danger.

The thing is, the OO Shape uses high-frequency waves and low-level lasers. It can cause serious skin burns or tissue damage. Expert supervision is absolutely mandatory. 'Dispatch' secured on-site photos of Syringe Auntie using this device at her Ilsan home. It's confirmed that Park Na-rae and others used it for body management. Haetnim is also suspected of aggressively using this device. People heard Syringe Auntie say, "Sunnie receives it at a higher intensity than Park Na-rae." Police need to thoroughly investigate the illegal prescription and distribution process of pharmaceuticals (Violation of Medical Law) and the route of purchase and removal of medical devices (Violation of Medical Device Law).

Meanwhile, 'Dispatch' received tips about Syringe Auntie's past. The tipster said, "Syringe Auntie is definitely Korean. She doesn't have a doctor's license, but I know she has a cooking certification." They added, "She used to run a Hof [beer pub] with her ex-husband. After her ex-husband died, she met her current husband and became a plastic surgery broker." They concluded, "She is not a medical professional. She was a sales director who recruited patients and received commissions."

"Wait, they were risking their lives with mystery drugs and illegal lasers when they could just hit up a regular doctor? The diet struggle is real, but maybe stick to legal prescriptions, fam. (Also, 'she looked better before' shots fired.)"
