That's my gripe based on reality.
Even in fancy-schmancy apartments, people dry all sorts of stuff in the hallways or near the entrances.
Trash bags are the bare minimum.
If you see cat crap or Coupang Fresh boxes near the complex’s parcel lockers...
Roaches start slowly creeping around.
Especially in spots that are warm and protected from the wind.
