I think people are confused, but at the court hearing yesterday (12/20), Kim & Chang presented evidence (KakaoTalk with the VP), and the VP admitted it was true they met. Then she was like, 'So what? If these investors buy ADOR stock at a high price, isn't that good for HYBE?' and 'I told the VP to watch his mouth just in case he got misunderstood.' Sure, just meeting an investor isn't a crime. But why the hell did she throw a fit at the press conference acting like HYBE was making it all up?

Apparently, they admitted it in court today. Asking what's wrong with the VP meeting the Saudi sovereign wealth fund, and saying HYBE should be happy to sell ADOR shares at a premium... But on the Kim Hyun-jung Radio Show, she talked like 'HYBE is framing us with lies about Saudi funds and whatnot.' Turns out there's a whole lineup of VCs lol. Aren't Saudi funds investors in Coupang and Toss? I hear Singaporean universities and pensions invest a lot in Korean startups too. She made HYBE out to be a total joke like they were talking crazy... but it was all real.
"The comment section is a battlefield between those who think the 'Saudi fund' rumors are finally being validated and those who claim it's all HYBE-funded media play since there's still no direct proof linking Min Hee-jin herself to the meetings."
