So the Indie Game Awards gave GOTY and Best Debut to 33 Immortals...
But the rule is you're disqualified if you use AI. It turns out they used AI during development and it came out after they won, so the award was revoked.
The Indie GOTY ended up going to the runner-up,
Which was Blue Prince.
They got busted because they checked the box saying they didn't use any AI at all when they submitted it for nomination.
