Guys, I bought a house!!!!

I mean, I pooled money with my dad to buy it... it's an old place, like 30 years old?? And we got it a bit cheaper than market price.... but still, it's so nice that my dad and I have a place now hehehe. We put it in my dad's name, and I'm gonna save up for 3–4 more years to buy my own place hehehehehe. Still, having a house makes me feel so much more at ease. For now, we'll rent it out, and later if the jeonse prices get too crazy, I can just tell my dad to go live there... It's so great. I had nothing but bad luck from late last year to mid-this year, so I hope it's only good vibes from now on.
