There's this hyung I know who was a total beast back in school, huge guy and super healthy. But he went to grad school for some bio research and I guess he didn't take care of himself at all. He's in his 40s now and his disk slipped so bad he's apparently in a coma...

I managed to get a rare photo of him. This happened while he was visiting his daughter in the States, and I heard he's getting treated through some local foundation there.
