[Spoiler] What makes the Cooking Monster character so unique

Usually, when someone has a massive ego, they just bulldoze everyone with their own opinions.

But this guy just has a strong desire to take the lead;

He actually knows how to listen and accept what others have to say.

He's just hyper-competitive and has very clear personal convictions.

Deep down, there's a fundamental respect for his opponents.

I totally get why he might come off as unlikable because his delivery is so rough, though.
