When he got married, his parents gave him 200 million won for a 25-pyeong apartment in Jangji-dong. He also applied for a pre-sale and bought a place in the mid-400 to 500 million range with a loan. Family Vibe: Very harmonious. Habits/Religion: Non-smoker, no religion. Only catch is he doesn't do any aggressive investing, he just saves his money. --------------- Out of everyone I know, he's the only one. He's my wife's cousin. Even if I count all my elementary, middle, high school, and college classmates plus relatives—about 300 people—he's the only one. Naturally, since he had to get married before his parents retired, he became 'sold out' at age 26, right after getting a job. --------------- A 'Hexagon Man' like this getting married before 28 or 29 seems totally natural. That’s why I think for women over 30, these guys basically don't exist to begin with. If they do, they’re like actual unicorns. --------------- Additionally, I have a few friends who are close to being hexagons, but if their personality is good, their parents' retirement isn't set, or they fail the height requirement way more often than you'd think.
