I posted something similar before, but it flopped so I deleted it. Trying again here since I think it fits this sub better.
While yellow watermelons (aka 'Mango Watermelons') are pretty common in Korea now, not many people know that white-fleshed ones exist too.


They're not unripe; they're supposed to look like that. FYI, there aren't many white varieties, but a few do exist. Most people say they taste blander than red watermelons.
But apparently, they often have a subtle, refreshing scent similar to cucumber or lemon.
"Users are geeking out over agricultural history while some couldn't resist making dirty puns out of the word 'white colored' watermelon."
