Someone else posted Grade 9 civil servant proof in the SME Gallery recently (everyone suspected it was the 'Edu-Admin Villain' from the anonymous boards). Looking at the salary breakdown, it looks different from that guy's, so it's hard to be sure. The only commonality is that they both work in Education Admin... I'll link the other post.
