Vietnam Airlines vs. AirAsia. AirAsia is an LCC, so no food, cramped seats, and just uncomfortable. Vietnam Airlines is a flag carrier, so you get legroom, food, and full service (baggage is paid on LCC, free on flag carrier). But LCC is a 6-hour direct flight, while the flag carrier is an 8-hour trip with a layover... What would you guys choose? Take the comfy flag carrier even if it's 2 hours longer vs. Time is money, take the LCC and get there fast.
