You make a gochujang caramel butter sauce by mixing sugar, gochujang, and butter,
add it to the cookie dough you've prepared,
swirl it just enough to see the patterns and let it set,
then scoop it out and bake...
and you get these Gochujang Cookies! As a Korean, the thought of putting... gochujang... in cookies...? is honestly baffling, but the reaction from people who've actually tried it is insanely good.
