In 2021, HYBE acquired a 51% stake in 'TAG PR' for 33.5 billion won, an agency notorious in Hollywood for 'reverse viral' tactics, making it a subsidiary. But recently, the Financial Supervisory Service confirmed it’s actually a company with only 1 billion won in assets. Also, they gave 'stock options' to Scooter Braun (former CEO of HYBE America), who had that messy mudslinging fight with Taylor Swift.
