First off, I'm just an old head (ajae) active in the Chart Gallery under the handle Giancarlo Stanton. The reason I made a new account for this is that I need to attach photos for the trading method, and explaining everything below a bunch of images might be confusing. I tried writing on my PC, but I have no clue what an identification code is or how to find it, so I just made a new one to post comfortably. I was going to write this yesterday, but as a self-employed guy in his 40s, I spent the end of the year getting dragged to various gatherings. Please understand that even as a trading addict, I couldn't find a single second to trade... Anyway, I'm going to share two methods. I'll post one today and another in a few days. As the title says, this strategy saved my life. It helped me pay off nearly 500 million KRW in debt (savings + friends/family + loans) that cost me my years, money, and social circle. It let me buy a new car and run two small toast shops plus a meal kit shop for stews and side dishes. Of course, you guys are all seasoned pros, so you might think, 'This is a tip?' but I'm writing this sincerely hoping every single one of you succeeds. Honestly, it's a hassle, but I made a promise and there were a few people waiting for it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Part 1 is a strategy with a killer win rate—like 10 wins out of 10 entries. I'll explain below, but even when the 'Trump-pump' Bitcoin bull market was going crazy, I ate everything, even if it took some time. Part 2 will be about the scalp entry method I enjoy using. That one is longer, so I moved it to Part 2. Today is Part 1. Before starting, I do look at a few indicators, but I don't touch the settings at all. It's so simple that an outsider would find it ridiculous. Since my eyes are getting bad as I age, I only turn the color opacity to 100% and leave the rest alone. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Trading Method *TICKERS* Top 1~10 by volume on major exchanges (I only use Binance) *PREP* 1/ RSI (Default) 2/ Volume (Volume bars) 3/ Seed (Honestly, the seed doesn't matter, whether it's $100 or $10k; only the profit amount changes) *WARNINGS/MUST-FOLLOW RULES* 1/ Leverage 2x (As you know, even at 5x, you can't control your position size and will likely get liquidated or panic sell) 2/ Skip new coins (Coins must be at least 30 days old post-listing) (Reason: You can't gauge where the top is) 3/ Use the 4-hour (4H) chart for the altcoin you want to short 4/ Seed splitting (If you can't follow the two rules above, don't even start. I'm saying this because I've been liquidated or had my seed halved several times by breaking them) *METHOD & WIN RATE* This is a strategy for shorting altcoins at the top of the volume list. If you follow the warnings above, I guarantee a Take Profit (TP) on 8 out of 10 entries. I've felt this with my body through 4-5 years of trading; if you miss it, it's because you got greedy waiting for it to hit the pre-pump floor, only for it to bounce back. *TRADING METHOD* It's very simple.

(1) Entry Conditions and Timing * 4H volume candle is lower than the previous volume candle * 4H RSI is 90 or higher * Once the 4H RSI hits or exceeds 90, look for an entry or go in immediately. (Personally, I enter even if it just touches 80. Reason: I'm confident I can hold even if it pumps higher past 90.) (2) First Entry Amount Everyone has different seeds, so I'll use my standards. Usually, for alt scalping, if you look at my logs or TP posts, I use a $3k+ seed at 5x leverage. I often do $5k-$10k at 10x too. If it meets my criteria, I go in even if I might hit a stop loss. However, for this 'Short-only' method, you must be mechanical. If you have any other open positions, close them. I enter with my full available seed for this short play because you never know how high it can go and must be prepared to DCA. 1/ First entry with $3k~$5k. 2/ High chance you'll get slapped, but since it's only 2x, it's fine. 'Keep pumping, I'll just DCA and take more profit later, see ya'—that's the mindset. (But even a broken clock is right twice a day; sometimes it dumps immediately like you wanted. Don't FOMO in more then; just say 'thanks for the profit' and control your mind.) 3/ You need to set your own -% for DCA. For me, at 2x leverage, I add to my position at -40%. (Crucial: You need to put in 2x the initial entry seed to effectively move your average price. Not strictly 2x, but highly recommended for guaranteed profit.) I enter prepared to DCA 3-4 times based on the spot price. Calculating this, I can defend a 60-80% move in spot price. I always think that if it doesn't drop after the final DCA, I'll cut the loss—I thought that then and I think it now. I'm not a machine so I don't remember everything, and Binance removes entry markers over time, but looking back at my memory, there were risky moments, but even with 1st/2nd/3rd/4th lines of defense, I never went past the 3rd before taking profit. I remember doing this over 50 times. Pretty simple, right? Anyone can do it and anyone can think of it. My advice is: never DCA recklessly way before your liquidation price just to make a bit more money. You must be absolutely mechanical. This might sound like a lie, but if you slip up or miscalculate, the only scenario is watching it pump until you're liquidated or forced to stop loss. Also, check the funding fees (think: 'if I take profit at this point while paying this much funding fee, is it worth it?'). I was going to post all my profits from this method, but it would take too long. Instead, please backtest the coins that pumped recently using my conditions. You'll realize this isn't just mindless shorting because something 'went up a lot.' I tried to create a position where I could take profit as scientifically and quickly as possible based on my data. I wanted to keep it short but ended up rambling. I tried to make it easy to understand. There are many age groups in ChartGal, but if a 40-something guy like me sees profit every time, you younger and smarter guys can definitely do it. In Part 2, I'll post entry points for scalping like in my trading logs. It's simple too, but I'm worried it'll be a long post. Sharing a trading method feels like telling people 'this is good, follow it,' and I don't want to be resented if it doesn't fit someone and they get wrecked, so I'll try to be as detailed as possible. I'm human, so I hit stop losses too, but I eat 8 times out of 10. This is my own scuffed scalp method I dug into when I was desperate, wondering 'why the f*** did this coin pump?' Please wait for it. As I always say, let's be grateful for even $100 or $200. Even veteran construction foremen with 20 years of experience struggle to make over $300 a day. We live in an easy world. We have to work hard, but never forget the value of money.
