During WWII (the Great Patriotic War), the Soviet Union's population and gender ratio got completely wrecked. The total population recovered later, but the broken gender ratio never did. And then the Ukraine war broke out. On top of the already fucked-up gender ratio and an aging population, they started dragging 'Russkis' from the rural boonies into this 'Special Military Operation' while sparing the 'Special Citizens' in big cities like Moscow, which accelerated the collapse of rural populations. Even those 'Special Citizens' in Moscow bailed out of Russia as fast as they could at the start of the war, so the young productive population is just straight-up gone. People say only Ukraine is getting screwed, but Russia is actually getting rekt way more than you'd think. If they escalate further now? It’s basically a survival match for Russia. On Yuge (Humor Board), people joke about Western Europe's military being weak like some Somali or African warlords, but if Putin actually declared total war, Russia would just get wiped out. Just like the Soviet-Afghan war and Chernobyl were the catalysts for the fall of the USSR, the Ukraine war will go down in history as the reason for Russia's downfall. Putin's delusions are destroying Russia.
