Harold Rogers, CEO of Coupang, stated at a joint hearing on the 30th, "I am not aware of any evidence suggesting that night shifts are more grueling than day shifts." CEO Rogers gave this response when asked if night shifts should be reduced, given that nearly 2,500 workers are subjected to harsh conditions, including working over 60 hours a week.
