New Years always push you to become a 'new person,' but I want to tell you that it's okay to just stay as you are.
It's okay to be a little late, a little shaky, or even to stop for a moment. You already know how to survive.
This year, instead of spending your energy proving yourself to others, please use a bit more of it to protect yourself.
Even if the things you want aren't within reach right now, I hope your days are less painful and a little warmer.
