Since it was my day off, I was doing a 'hospital tour' to catch up on some checkups. I finished at the ENT and headed to the dermatologist upstairs. They weren't open for another 20 minutes, so I was thinking about waiting, but then I saw a notice saying they don't take walk-ins and everything has to be booked via Naver. Is this a hospital or a restaurant? lol. I checked the Naver reservation page and they actually split the categories into 'Cosmetic' and 'General Treatment.' When I clicked General, there were no slots, but when I clicked Cosmetic, 2 or 3 slots were available. I just went 'wow' and walked right back out.
"Everyone's fed up with dermatologists acting like high-end salons and cherry-picking 'expensive' cosmetic patients over people who are actually sick. The only 'real' skin clinics left are either overcrowded or run by ancient doctors using tech from the 70s."
