Yo, any other Dogdrip bros watch the hearing yesterday? During the hearing, there were testimonies about how forcing sellers into 'Rocket Delivery 1P' is basically power-tripping. TBH, sellers have been dealing with this for years. I even wrote a detailed post about it before.
But why is nothing changing? I bet it's Coupang's government relations team. [Coupang GR Job Post: https://www.jobkorea.co.kr/Recruit/GI_Read/47961927] Here's my complaint:

FTC's response:

The government agency literally just copy-pasted Coupang's official notice. The most ridiculous part was 'It is difficult to see that this was implemented solely for the purpose of maximizing the respondent's profits' lol. Thanks to that, we're out here selling on Rocket while paying over 60% in fees, various ads, and 'growth incentives.' We had to cut about 30% of our staff. I'm quitting Coupang now; there's nothing left for me. Rocket Growth (2P): ~15% fee + ads (optional) + small logistics fee | Real fee: low 20s. Rocket Delivery (1P): 30-60% base fee + ads (forced) + growth incentives + logistics + all sorts of other BS | Real fee: 60%+. Even after reporting to the FTC, nothing changed. Watching that hearing makes my blood boil.
"Sellers are venting about Coupang's predatory fee structure and the government's useless response, while some users are distracted by the 'cringey' writing style of the post."
