15:00 KST - Billboard - Billboard has announced that K-Pop Demon Hunters' Golden has achieved a record by becoming the first K-pop track in Billboard history to top the Radio Songs chart.
On the Billboard Radio Songs chart for the week of January 3, 2026, Golden reached #1 across all US radio stations (total airplay, all genres combined), finally hitting the summit after ranking #2 the previous week. The data, collected from December 19 to 25, recorded 58.3 million radio audience impressions and total airplay (a 2% increase from the previous week).
This marks the first time in the history of the Billboard Radio chart that K-pop has reached the very top at #1. The previous record was Rosรฉ and Bruno Mars' 'APT,' which peaked at #4 on the February 4, 2025 chart.
