Some people claim that double eyelid surgery always looks obvious, but it’s seriously case-by-case. Unless you go for those super thick 'sausage lines,' most people won't even notice. So if you were worried about it looking fake, you don't have to be. As long as you don't get greedy, it really doesn't show. If you go with the non-incisional method, even the scar line disappears.
